We are seeking a self motivated, detailed orietanted Inventory Control Sr-Maintenance.
 
Shift: 8am-5pm; Monday-Friday
 
Job Summary
Communicates and works closely with Maintenance (manager, technicians), Operations (GM, Plant Manager, Production Manager), Finance, and Receiving internal departments. Also to ensure maintenance management systems are up to date and executed for sufficient operations.
 
COMPENSATION:
The expected compensation range for this position is: $41,500/yr - $50,500/yr

Responsibilities

Coordinates GSF Quality activities and operations to meet objectives for quality, food safety, regulatory compliances, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction at KanPak

Participates in formulating and administering division’s short and long-range goals and objectives for business growth

Responsible for data acquisition, input, and evaluation into the company’s GP Dynamics System, PaperSave Que, and IMaint
Responsible for Auditing Cycle Counts, logging and documenting that information and sharing with the Finance Dept.
Develop Spreadsheets that document Receiving, financial, or cycle count auditing adjustments
Reviews all Local Purchase forms from several depts for approval in the PaperSave Management Que.
Assist in projects across sub departments; Fac Maint, Fab Shop, Electrician, Techs, Wastewater
Reviews, Updates, and Maintains records of all financial documents (receipts, packing slips, invoices) received into the parts room along with any items that is not a Raw Good for the South and North Location
Ensures that sub departments have parts/tools/etc. they need for projects and, in emergencies, retrieve needed items locally
Builds and maintains positive working relationships with coworkers, other agency employees, and the public using principles of good customer service
Remove Old parts from the Imaint System and remove from Inventory shelf
Accurately utilizes GP Dynamics, PaperSave, Imaint, and Microsoft Office at a proficient level
Responsible for end of the month duties for finance in GP Dynamics and PaperSave Management Que
Work professionally daily with the Finance Department to maintain and roll out Cycle Counts & Auditing of Parts Room
Maintains professional relationship with Vendors to handle issues with parts received in, or finance issues such as Credit Memos, or RMA’s.
Inventories and replenishes stock cabinets for Techs, and sub departments in conjunction with vendors
File and maintain record keeping of all financial documents received in various systems
Cross-trained for back-up as needed on other department roles
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Employment Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate degree Preferred
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems preferred

  • Knowledge of Cycle Counts, Inventory systems, and financial understanding of Multiple Software systems
  • Knowledge and experience of Aseptic Operations preferred.
